STEP 3:
APPLY

APPLICATION
Have you already completed an online inquiry form or visited the campus and are now ready to apply? Check your email for the login information we sent, then follow the steps to create an account. Once logged in, fill out an application, pay the fee, upload all requested documents, and submit for approval.

STEP 4:
ENROLL

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
Complete online
enrollment contract.

CAMPUS DOCUMENTS
Complete and return final
forms to campus office.

Are there Entrance Exams?

Elementary School - Our elementary campuses administer tests to verify grade placement. This is part of the application process.
Is there an Application Deadline?

INITIAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: Submit by May 31st

FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: Submit by June 30th

Under special circumstances, and with permission from CCS,
we will accept applications from July 1-July 15.

NOTE: Preschool applications are accepted most of the calendar year.
Are there Application Fees?

INITIAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: Submit by May 31st with $250 fee.
($125 is a tuition down payment and $125 is a processing fee.)

FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: Submit by June 30th with $500 fee.
($375 is a tuition down payment and $125 is a processing fee.)

Under special circumstances, and with permission from CCS,
we will accept applications from July 1-July 15 with $1,000 fee. ($875 is a tuition down payment and $125 is a processing fee.)

NOTE: Preschool applications remain at $250 year-round. Applications are accepted most of the calendar year.
Do you offer Tuition Assistance?
